Our first ever P&B Shake for years….
1 x tsp Bentonite Clay with 250ml water (left to soak overnight)
1 x tsp Psyllium Husk powder with 250ml water
Followed by 1 x glass of just water
No immediate effects, just a little full in the morning without eating breakfast and feeling a bit like I’ve drunk too much water! I spent the afternoon napping, drowsiness took over and I couldn’t keep my eyes open.
