At our previous studio, there was a guy, who farted pretty much every single time we did this pose. He’d have people around him in stitches and would often say “Well it is Wind Removing Pose!” I made sure I was never practicing next to him just for this reason!
This pose involves squeezing your leg hard so that your knee touches your shoulders, while both shoulders are relaxed and flat on the floor. My improvement on this posture has been close to nil. Tony on the other hand has been able to touch his knee to his shoulder since about 6 months into starting his practice.
